A game studio came to us four weeks before a launch event. They wanted a plush of their hero character to sell and gift — but had never produced a physical product.

We turned their in-game art into a 3D sample in five days. After one round of color tweaks, the sample was approved and bulk production began immediately.

Thanks to a 100-unit MOQ, they printed a limited “founder” edition to test demand, then reordered once it sold out at the event.

The result: a polished, on-brand plush in players’ hands within a month — and a repeatable supply chain for future characters.
