What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design, which suits launches, events and testing a new character before scaling up.
What are your payment terms?
Typically a deposit to begin production with the balance before shipment. Exact terms are confirmed with your quote.
Sampling & production
How long does sampling take?
Most samples are ready in about five working days once the artwork and details are confirmed.
What artwork do you need to start?
A drawing, photo or reference image is enough. Detailed or vector files help, but our designers can also work from a simple sketch.
Materials & safety
Are the materials safe for children?
Yes. We use child-safe plush fabric and filling and can meet CE, EN71 and other standards on request.
IP & design
Can you develop from our own IP or characters?
Yes. We regularly produce licence-ready plush from games, cartoons and original characters, and can work under NDA.
Do you sell ready-made stock plush?
We focus on custom manufacturing rather than retail stock, so each order is made to your design and specification.
Payment & shipping
How is shipping handled?
We support express, air and sea freight and can quote door-to-door. Export-ready cartons are standard.
